Icon
Render system icons, branded partner icons, and the Volvo wordmark using components from @volvo-cars/react-icons.
Choosing an icon type
Section titled “Choosing an icon type”Use Icon for system actions and concepts, BrandedIcon for partner or service marks, and Wordmark for the Volvo logo. Use a custom masked image or inline SVG only when the system and branded libraries do not contain the required asset.

Size and color
Section titled “Size and color”Choose one of the documented icon sizes so the correct asset is used at small dimensions. System icons can inherit currentColor from their parent, which is useful inside buttons and links. Branded icons retain their original colors.
Meaning and labels
Section titled “Meaning and labels”Describe an icon’s purpose with alt text when it carries meaning on its own. Omit alt when an adjacent visible label already communicates the same purpose.
